Refund policy

Purchases made to State of the Muse are subjected to Final Sale. There will be no exceptions made to this rule. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us regarding the matter. Returns are not offered; however, exchanges can be arranged according to the circumstances. Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your order. To conduct an agreeable exchange, the product must be in its original state: unused, untampered with, not washed, not colored, not cut, etc. and must be returned in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
